Prop up your phone and move. The camera tracks your body and counts every push-up, squat and jumping jack. Then find out your fitness age, and bring it down.
Pick one move and go as hard as you can. The camera counts. When the timer hits zero, see how you compare with people your age.
Push-ups, squats, burpees, a plank hold and nine more. Your first test is free.
Illustrative result. Yours comes from the test.
How it works
Set up once. Then just move.
No gym, no equipment, no wearable. Just your phone and some floor space.
01
Prop up your phone
Against a wall, a shoe or a stack of books. Step back until all of you is in the frame.
02
Move. It counts out loud.
A skeleton follows your body and the count climbs with every rep. Clean and partial reps are counted separately.
03
Check the count, then save
The camera will sometimes miscount. You see every number before it’s saved, and you can fix it.
The daily workout
Every rep verified.
Pick 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes. Six to ten exercises with rest timers and voice cues, every one counted by the camera. You finish with your total reps, clean reps and time.
Every rep goes into your lifetime total, kept forever. Other apps give you a checkbox. This is a receipt.
Your fitness age
Two ages. Only one of them can go down.
Your birthday age counts the years you’ve lived. Your fitness age comes from how you move: strength, endurance, balance and mobility.
A ten-minute test gives you the number. Daily workouts are what move it.
The 10-minute test
Six movements. One number.
Each one measures something different. Together they make your fitness age. Retest after 30 days to see if it moved.

The 30-day challenge
30 days. Then see if the number moved.
One workout a day
Day 1 is the test. Days 2 to 29 are one session a day. Day 30 is the retest.
A streak freeze
Miss one day and your streak survives. You earn the freeze back after seven more days.
Progress photos
Aligned photos, so you can see what the number can’t.
The transformation reel
Day 1 to Day 30, played back as one short reel.

Built to be honest
Real counts. Private photos.
Everything stays on your phone
Reps are counted on the phone and the camera feed is never uploaded. There is no account, and your workouts, totals and clips are kept on the device, not on our servers.
You check every count
Every number is shown to you before it’s saved. If the camera got it wrong, fix it.
Your photos stay private
Progress photos are kept on your phone and in your own photo library, so a new phone brings them along. We never see them.

Questions
Good to know.
Do I need any equipment?
No. A phone, some floor space and something to prop the phone against.
How does the camera count reps?
A pose model runs on your phone and follows your body as you move. The video is never uploaded.
What if the camera miscounts?
It will sometimes. Every count is shown to you before it’s saved, and you can correct it.
How long does a workout take?
You choose: 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes. The fitness age test takes about ten.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Open the app and start counting.
Where are my progress photos stored?
On your phone, and in your own photo library, so they move with you to a new phone. They are never uploaded to us.
Is fitness age a medical measurement?
No. It’s an estimate based on how you did in the test, not medical advice. If you have health concerns, talk to a doctor before starting new exercise.
Is it a subscription?
No. $29.99 once unlocks everything: daily workouts, unlimited 60-second tests, the 30-day challenge, retests, the full breakdown and progress photos. On a new phone, tap Restore purchases in Settings.
How many can you do in 60 seconds?
Prop up your phone and find out. No equipment, no account. Your first test is free.
